Delete your Duel Sync account
From the App
Open Duel Sync, go to Settings and tap Delete my account. Your account and all your data are deleted from the server immediately.
Without the App
Email gugueh.design@gmail.com from the address of your Google account, with the subject “Delete my Duel Sync account”. We delete it within 5 business days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account, your profile, your city and your friend code.
- The people you followed, your blocks, your availability and the reports you sent.
- Your challenges, meetups, results, memberships, registrations and notices, and the notification identifiers of your devices.
What is kept and for how long
- The server provider's backups may keep the data for up to 7 days; it is then deleted automatically.
- App crash records are deleted automatically within 90 days and do not contain your game data.
- What you saved only on your phone (decks, notes) is deleted when you uninstall the App. If you turned on the backup, the copy is in your Google Drive and you can delete it there.
